I provide confidential one-to-one psychotherapy and counselling in light filled and comfortable rooms in central Cambridge, UK.

I am experienced in working with people facing a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety and relationship problems  - and, whatever brings you to counselling or psychotherapy, I hope we will be able to work together to make a positive and real difference to your life. I have developed a particular interest in helping people with depression and - having worked as a senior lecturer at a university and a manager in technology companies - in working with people facing problems at work, including in academic, research and technology settings.

In my work, I try to be warm, authentic and pragmatic. I particularly advocate a relational approach to counselling, psychotherapy and coaching, that attends to our relationships, how we can get the best from them and how we can find resolution when they are not, or were not, as we hoped.

I am registered with UKCP (The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). I have an MSc in Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Counselling and an MSc in Organisation Consulting.
